Shipping and Returns Policy


SHIPPING

LOELLI is currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all First Class Orders with code: 'YAYFREE' !!  All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via United States Postal Service or UPS/FedEx for larger orders. Tracking is available only upon request.  You can do this at the time of your order in the "Special Instructions For Seller" field in Your Shopping Cart and we will be happy to provide it.  We only ship within the U.S. at this time, but will be expanding to International very soon!

All items are packed safely for shipment.  Jewelry will be individually wrapped and all art prints in a mailing tube.  The only exception is larger orders that require shipping within a box.  In this case, prints will be carefully wrapped and shipped within box.  Original paintings are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap for protection and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your jewelry or print order for any reason, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return it and we will provide a full refund (including shipping).  Please be sure to send us an email [support@loelli.com] to notify us what you will be returning and the reason for return.  We only accept returns mailed via USPS First Class Mail and will refund the full amount paid for items being returned and cost of return shipping within 1-2 business days of receiving shipment.  Contents must be in their original condition and packaging.

We take great care to be sure items are packed safely for shipment, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged, send us an email [support@loelli.com] with a photograph of the damage and we will be happy to provide a replacement free of charge or a full refund.  Leave a note in the email as to which option you would prefer.

***PLEASE NOTE:  The only exception to the Returns Policy is original paintings.  Returns will only be accepted in the unlikely event of damage from transit occurring.  You will have 3 days from date of delivery to provide photographic proof of damage and email it directly to the artist [allisonliebi@loelli.com].  In which case, she will provide you a full refund.  Thank you for understanding.***
